Letter from Hajib Khanum. It reads in part: "My dearest, I have received the letter you sent me, which made my day. I will write about selling the household furniture and the carpet to A[qa] Husayn and will explain it in detail. I have said again and again that I prefer you to everyone else, and if you give that five tumans or I give it to you it's still ours. But I insist that you take more or less 10 tumans from the price of furniture in order to stop rumors. You wrote that the twenty five tumans is ready. It will be twenty five tumans because we need to pay deposit for a house in order...

‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk to Surur al-Saltanah
‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk (Taymurtash) writes to Surur al-Saltanah of how troubled he has been from the tone of Surur al-Saltanah's letter, talks about the problem of finding a house in Tehran, and that his delay is due to his intention to find the best place for Surur al-Saltanah. He mentions a possibility of renting the house of Mubashshir al-Dawlah. He also talks about the belief that some have about the Rabi‘ al-Avval ritual.

Addressed to "dear brother"; about sending some household furnishing (beddings, rugs, etc.) via Quli Bayg; sends greetings to the daughters of Muzaffar Lashkar [Muntasir Lashkar?] and Mashhadi Khanum; and discusses sending forty five mans [unit of weight] of flour via Mashhadi ‘Abd al-‘Ali's son.

Riza Quli Khan Nizam al-Saltanah to Khadijah Sultan
Riza Quli Khan Nizam al-Saltanah writes to his wife, Khadijah Sultan, and mentions the battles he has been fighting with Qavam al-Mulk in Fars. He complains that his wife does not write often enough or is angry with him when she does. He talks about how lucky they are to have Farmanfarma's son as their son-in-law. Riza Quli Khan then discusses Zahra Sultan's dowry and the amount of cash he can pay. He has attached a list of objects, including household furnishings and silverware, that they can provide.

Copy of a settlement between Rubabah, daughter of Muhammad Khalil, son of Haj Muhammad from Qazvin and resident of Isfahan, and her aunt, Fatimah Sultan, daughter of the merchant Muhammad Mahdi from Qazvin and resident of Isfahan, who is Rubabah's mother-in-law, exchanging everything that Rubabah owns, including property, money, gold jewelry, copperware, books, furniture, clothes, and dishes for seventy-five grams of sugar candy.

After the greeting and expressing her gratitude, the author talks about leaving Kirmanshah permanently, accompanied by her husband, children, and Mademoiselle. She asks the addressee to buy some of her belongings including a piano, worth a total of one thousand tumans.
